INNER GUIDANCE

When the disciple's Sanchita (past life) Karma is fully consumed their purification and transformation officially commences with the Initiation or "Diksha" involving their inner alchemical force or Kundalini. This results in the awakening of the coiled Serpent Power that normally sits dormant at the base of the spine until through a thought, look, touch or word (mantra) of the Satguru (true guru or teacher) it becomes awakened in a disciple and begins to rise up within their body. As it does so it burns, consumes, destroys and transforms all parts of the disciple that keeps them from achieving the Self-Knowledge that God exists within them as them. This initiation is represented in the first episode of the "Matrix" series when Morpheus, the teacher whose name denotes "transformation", initiates his disciple, Neo, by giving him the pill with a red color - the color of transformative fire - that will begin his purification and lead to extrication from the Matrix.

As the awakened Kundalini rises up the spine it activates the innate powers of a disciple while gradually revealing their divine nature and developing their gnostic intuition. This process culminates in the awakening of the Heart or Anahata Chakra and the Third Eye or Anja Chakra, both of which are centers of Gnostic Consciousness that endow a disciple with both gnostic recognition of their divinity and intuitive guidance from their inner Self (God within). This important activation and development of gnosis is represented in the Matrix by Neo, who after consuming the red pill Neo is forced to go beyond his normal thinking processes and begin listening to his inner guidance when making quick decisions in response to external stimuli. An excellent tool for this evolution is the study and mastery of martial arts.
