WATER ON THE MOON

On the cusp of the full moon in cancer, the 1st of 2022, we, we are still in a very fluid state. Full moons are a time of release, so as light winds to the new moon in a couple weeks, this is a beautiful time to continue to release and let go.
Working with the element of water, go to a sink and begin to lovingly wash your hands and forearms periods as you're doing this, look at the mirror into your eyes and repeat, "it's safe to release. It's safe to let go. It's safe to create space , it's safe to be me."
Do this as long as you feel comfortable, all the while giving yourself love and nurturing care. The energies can be intense with such a powerful moon. And as we wind down from the intensity, we are given the opportunity to show up for ourselves without judgment.
Water can both give-and-take life. With this death and rebirth process that we ebb and flow through, what in your life is ready to be washed on the drain? And what in your life is awaiting a clean slate to present in your reality?
